GROUP FITNESS

The Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center (FitSpa) offers a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, barre, water aerobics, cycling, dancing, and more!

Stretching on Yoga Mat

YOGA

Yoga is an all-levels and abilities yoga class that will focus on releasing stress and anxiety, bringing back harmony and balance with traditional yoga postures. Also, be on the lookout for our YoChi and yoga wheel classes that you won't find anywhere else!

BARRE

A unique fitness class utilizing the floor and ballet barre to combine components of Pilates, yoga, and ballet conditioning techniques. Designed to lean out the body, strengthen the core and develop beautiful, sculpted muscles that are strong and flexible.

CYCLING

Our cycling instructors will get you moving to the music on our bikes in super-fun and customized classes. Get ready to break a sweat, get motivated, and pedal away at FitSpa! 

WATER AEROBICS

Certified professionals teach our Aqua Fit water aerobics classes in our beautiful and heated pool. This fun resistance training will help you make a "splash" when it comes to physical health, and you'll be sure to make a few friends along the way.

PILATES

We teach the full mat repertoire of exercises taught by Joseph Pilates with the ultimate goal of creating a functionally strong core, patterned breathing, pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, and restoring the natural curves of the spine. 

SENIOR ARIZONA STRONG

These 45-minute classes help you develop strength, balance, and mobility to enhance your performance in daily living and recreational activities like golf, tennis, and pickleball.
