Each of the personal trainers here at the Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center (FitSpa) has multiple national certifications and more than a decade of experience. Our trainers are ready to meet your custom needs, whether you need balance, strength, or just to improve your golf game. They also specialize in speed and agility training as well as helping individuals who are recovering from an injury. MARK SWARTZ
Mark has over 35 years of experience training individuals and athletic teams. he holds CSCA and NSCA-CPT credentials from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as the Sports Performance Coach certificate from USA Weightlifting.

DIANE DUNN
Diane is a certified life coach, orthopedic specialist, and golf training instructor. She has been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 25 years. Diane has worked with pre- and post-surgery clients, which is her specialty! She also has experience working with collegiate athletes and other clients with issues including MS, back problems, and joint pain. As a life coach, she works on the "whys," which, according to Diane, is "one of the most successful ways to accomplish your goal."
MEG POLAINER
Meg moved from Chicago to study art and physical education at Arizona State University. Her love of the desert kept her here, where she pursued her love of fitness. Meg has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years as a personal trainer and teaching group fitness. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine C.P.T. and ACE Group Fitness.
GEORGE BLASIOLA
George has a background in the sports supplement and botanical industries, as well as in nutrition and corporate fitness management for several sites in California and Arizona. With a degree in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry, he was also a member of the ClubOne Fitness Team in California that conducted yearly fitness assessments for the San Jose Fire Department.
