Each of the personal trainers here at the Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center (FitSpa) has multiple national certifications and more than a decade of experience. Our trainers are ready to meet your custom needs, whether you need balance, strength, or just to improve your golf game. They also specialize in speed and agility training as well as helping individuals who are recovering from an injury. TOM

With a lifelong commitment to fitness since 1981, he brings decades of experience and discipline to personal training. As a former college football player and wrestler, he earned All-American honors through hard work, resilience, and attention to detail. Since 1996, he has trained athletes of all levels, helping them unlock their full potential. His approach blends proven strength and conditioning principles with individualized coaching. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he focuses on safe, effective, and results-driven programming. Whether working with athletes or individuals seeking better health, he helps clients train with purpose and perform at their best.

LEIGHTON

Originally from Nebraska, Leighton holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and brings six years of experience as both a certified personal trainer (NASM, TPI) and golf professional.

 

Specializing in golf fitness training, he combines extensive playing experience with expertise in strength, mobility, and swing mechanics to help players improve their game. Whether you’re looking to enhance your golf performance or build overall strength, Leighton creates personalized programs to help you reach your goals.

JERAMY

Jeramy brings over 25 years of experience and education in personal training to Las Sendas. He earned his BA in Exercise Physiology from UC Berkeley in 1997 and his National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CPT in 2000. His personalized training programs, based on NASM’s Optimum Performance Training model, focus on stability, flexibility, strength, and power.

VINCENT

Meet Vincent, an Ace Certified Trainer specializing in personalized exercise programs that improve fitness and overall well-being for individuals and small groups. Vincent focuses on helping people enhance their function, health, fitness, and performance in everyday life and modify risk factors for chronic disease to improve health.

He decided to become a trainer for the love and fulfillment of building relationships and seeing people attain their goals. Training with Vincent means building and achieving confidence through movement. Creating a mindset about training and the body that revolves around Faith rather than Fear.

DIANE

Diane is a certified life coach, orthopedic specialist, and golf training instructor. She has been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 25 years. Diane has worked with pre- and post-surgery clients, which is her specialty! She also has experience working with collegiate athletes and other clients with issues including MS, back problems, and joint pain. As a life coach, she works on the "whys," which, according to Diane, is "one of the most successful ways to accomplish your goal."

Mark has over 35 years of experience training individuals and athletic teams. he holds CSCA and NSCA-CPT credentials from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as the Sports Performance Coach certificate from USA Weightlifting.

MEG

Meg moved from Chicago to study art and physical education at Arizona State University. Her love of the desert kept her here, where she pursued her love of fitness. Meg has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years as a personal trainer and teaching group fitness. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine C.P.T. and ACE Group Fitness.

GEORGE

George has a background in the sports supplement and botanical industries, as well as in nutrition and corporate fitness management for several sites in California and Arizona. With a degree in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry, he was also a member of the ClubOne Fitness Team in California that conducted yearly fitness assessments for the San Jose Fire Department.
