All memberships include access to senior strong, water aerobics and happy hour classes. Only the gym + class membership allows access to other boutique group fitness classes.

Welcome to the Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center! We hope that you are able to find everything that you need here when it comes to fitness and that you feel welcome and able to achieve your goals. We have something for everyone here at the Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center whether you like to work out alone, with a personal trainer or in a group fitness class.
